Effects of MZ Gen Civil Servant’s Employee Welfare Satisfaction on the Organizational Effectiveness: Public Service Motivation’s Mediator Effect

Abstract

The Purpose of this study was that analysis about influence of employee welfare satisfaction on organizational effectiveness. Based on the data conducted by the Korea Institute of Public Administration (2020), the analysis was conducted on young civil servants in their 20s and 30s who correspond to the MZ generation. The Conclusion of this study are as follows. First, employee welfare satisfaction have a meaningful influence to organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Second, Public service motivation could be meaningful mediating between dependence variable to independence variable. Third, Public service motivation mediated perfectly between employee welfare satisfaction to organizational citizenship behavior. Based on these results, practice suggestions were made and discuss the limitations of this study.
