Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between the differences in resilience and the sub-factors according to the demographic background of middle and high school students. For this purpose, a survey was conducted for middle and high school students. Frequency analysis, t-test, and multiple regression analysis were used. The analysis results were as follows: First, as a result of analyzing the demographic characteristics of resilience, it was found that male students were higher than female students in terms of positive factors for students subject to education welfare. Second, as a result of analyzing the difference in resilience according to participation in educational welfare programs, there were statistically significant differences in cultural experience, psychological psychological emotionality, health welfare, and priest mentoring, excluding learning. Third, the explanatory power of self-regulation ability and positivity on interpersonal ability was 42.4%. Among the measurement variables of self-regulation ability, cause analysis power showed the highest explanatory power affecting interpersonal ability at 23.3%, and gratitude showed the highest explanatory power at 36.7% as a measure variable of positivity. In conclusion, the resilience of students subject to education welfare shows a low level only in the measurement variables of some sub-factors. Individual interventions and approaches are required.
