With the development of mobile games, mobile role-playing game (RPG) games are loved by users for their unique character design. This study summarizes the game character design elements through previous studies and attempts to analyze the game characters of the mobile RPG game by combining the elements of Donald Norman's emotional design instinctive aspects. In addition, it is intended to analyze what design elements character design expresses the user's emotions and increases immersion. First, in the case of body proportion, characters with 6-head and 8-head bodies meet the user's emotional needs the most. In the case of the second texture, the soft texture can best show the emotional characteristics of the character. In the case of the third color, black and white can best implement the user's emotional needs. Through this, the body ratio, texture, and color of the character design elements are emotional media, and the results of assigning emotional demands to users were derived.
