Abstract

With the development of information and communication technology, the financial industry is also making a paradigm shift using new technologies. The fintech industry can be cited as a technology representing the era of the 4th industrial revolution. However, although technical research on fintech has been steadily conducted, research on the quality of fintech platforms is insufficient. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence relationship between the perceived usefulness, prceived ease of use, and intention to use the fintech platform. The subjects of the study were users who used the fintech platform, and SPSS 23.0 and Smart PLS 4.0 were used for statistical analysis. The summary of the research results is as follows. First, the system quality of fintech platforms had a significant effect on perceived usefulness. Second, the information quality of fintech platforms had a significant effect on perceived usefulness. Third, the service quality of fintech platforms had a significant effect on perceived usefulness. Fourth, the system quality of fintech platforms had a significant effect on perceived ease of use. Fifth, the information quality of fintech platforms had a significant effect on perceived ease of use. Sixth, the service quality of fintech platforms had a significant effect on perceived ease of use. Seventh, the perceived usefulness, a parameter, had a significant effect on the intention to use. Eighth, perceived ease of use, which is a parameter, had a significant effect on the intention to use. Through this study, it was confirmed that users who use the fintech platform increase their intention to use it when receiving services that provide financial benefits and useful information.
